Research Focus:
- A first of its kind study on two of the most transformative therapeutics of 2024. This study will evaluate the effects of GLP-1 therapy combined with the FDA approved oral testosterone KYZATREX® on muscle mass and energy levels in male patients undergoing weight loss.
Condition: Muscle Mass Reduction during GLP-1 Therapy.

Who Can Apply:
- Male, aged 25-55 years
- Seeking weight loss.
- Have not previously used GLP-1 or testosterone treatments.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Currently using GLP-1 or testosterone medications
- Uncontrolled or unstable medical conditions such as:
  - Heart Condition
  - Prostate Condition
  - Clotting Issues
  - High Blood Pressure
- Unable to swallow capsules
- Individuals who are unable to self-administer injections or have a strong fear of needles may not be eligible for this study.

Treatment Costs:
- Participants will receive semaglutide (GLP-1 therapy) alone or with oral testosterone (KYZATREX®).
- Normally valued at over $2000, patients will receive treatments AT NO COST.
Lab Costs:
- Participants will only need to cover lab assessments costs, estimated at $200–$300 based on insurance coverage.
